Our Team

Jo is our RTO manager, overseeing all of our training team members and ensuring we deliver training services that empower our students. She is based in our Hervey Bay office and has worked with Simple Solutions for 2 years. Before her management role Jo taught our Certificate III in Individual Support and our Community Services qualifications. She has over 20 years’ experience in the VET industry. The only thing she loves more than the Vocational Education Industry is a flat white with one sugar.

Susan has been a part of the team at simple solutions for 6 years. Susan’s extensive experience in teaching and nursing lead to her position at Simple Solutions. She has an abundance of knowledge and delivers many of our non- accredited health care courses as well as our skill sets and the Certificate IV in Leisure and Health.

Susan chose to work for Simple Solutions as she is based in Bauple and the organisation offered flexible working conditions with an approachable and considerate employer.

When Susan isn’t busy travelling Queensland to deliver training, she can be found in her garden or helping with our Community Aged Care Provider, Senior Helpers.

Brenda works with students across Queensland to help them achieve their CHC33015 Certificate III In Individual Support.
Brenda actually started with simple solutions as a student when she worked in aged care.

Deb has worked with Simple Solutions for over 6 years! She is an expert in many areas but originally worked in disability support. Deb loves going caravanning! She has been a trainer for almost 10 years.

Nana is one of our online trainers at Simple Solutions. She has a background in disability support services and joined our team to help others provide excellent care across the community services sector.

Carla comes from a background in nursing. When she is not training she still works at the hospital to keep her industry currency. She has worked in both the disability and aged care sectors and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to give her students.
